Timothy E Jennings
Timothy Jennings serves as Chair of Advisory Board. Timothy studied medicine at el Universidad del Centro Este in San Pedro de in the Dominican Republic. He received his Bachelors in Sociology at Gardner Webb University. He is a professional athlete with a 12 year career overseas. He has a passion for health and fitness and teaches children the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle. He speaks English, Spanish, French and some German.
Finance and Compilance
John Childress
John Childress holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Rutgers University. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Childress Business Consulting, focusing on Strategic Business Consulting, Training and Economic Development. He manages accounts for numerous clients through the US, LA and the Caribbean. He served as Executive Director for the African American Chamber of Commerce in Philadelphia and he serves as a facilitator at State University Global Center, located in New York City, where he teaches and advises business executives.

Silicia Jackson
Silicia is the founder of Crash Course Filmmaking, a company that teaches others how to make quality films quickly and easily. She is also a filmmaking instructor, who specializes in teaching people how to use filmmaking as a medium for social change and personal transformation.

Isaiah Cobb
Isaiah Cobb is a fierce advocate for underserved families. He works as a social worker and community advocate, ensuring that children receive support they so desperately need through mentorship, tech and sports!
Director of Operations, Chair of Health, Sports & Fitness
Wendy Rivas
Wendy serves as Director of Programming and Special Projects. She researches, develops and implement programs that focuses on our mission. She has worked in the public sector for over 15 years. She has managed New York City Afterschool Programming as well as managed successful fundraisers for civic and faith-based organizations in Brooklyn and Staten Island. She also is a private chef who specializes in Panamanian, Caribbean and American infused dishes.
Historian, Cultural Sensitivity & Competence
Debra Coulter
Debra is studying her Ph.D. in History at Georgia State University. She holds a Masters in African American Studies from The Ohio State University. She is a licensed and ordained minister who serves as a marriage and family counselor. She schedules intimate family retreats throughout the year. She uses her platform and training to inspire individuals to achieve their highest dreams through academia and business endeavors.
Youth Programming & Community Service Projects
Rachel Jennings
Rachel is studied English and Journalism at Gardner Webb University. She served as Co-Director for children and youth programming for over ten years. Rachel enjoys helping children. She oversees Rebecca’s Resiliency Regimen, a 3 part series that teaches youth how to be resilient during holiday seasons and anniversary dates-the date the trauma occurred. She is a tireless advocate for children and youth.
Digital Director
Trinity Jennings-Pagan
Trinity is a marine biology researcher, artist and songwriter. She is the creator, content producer and host of 'Perspective', a weekly podcast aimed at sharing unique views and perspectives of today's most relevant and thought provoking issues. She is an entrepreneur who raise awareness and funding for important causes. Unafraid, unique and a trend-setter, Trinity enjoys taking a stand, uplifting and valuing people everywhere. When she's not working, she enjoys hanging with her family and watching Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy and Grownish. Trinity is a member of The National Honor Society.
