About the Event
For the past 4 years, we have provided a safe and unique haven where children can receive support through grief and loss-and this year is no different! We will continue to provide innovative coping techniques and resiliency activites through literacy, outdoor exploration, fitness and the arts! We work with top experts and amazing organizations to give your child a unique expericence like no other. Over the past 3 years we've worked with educators, choreographers, photographers, designers, actors, actresses, performing artists, filmmakers, musicians, public servants, US Park Rangers and so much more to create a community where our mini campers are strengthened, supported and loved. Some of our partners include Harlem School of the Arts, Funlayo Grace, She's Got Class, Young, Talented and Gifted Inc, The National Park Service, A&B Basketball and The Stapleton Lighthouse Community School. Mini Campers walk away with vital social and emotional skills that will undoubetly support their win at life no matter what challenge they face!
